OK... time to get serious
I start a new job in a week that's a higher paying than my current position, so now I think it's time to get serious with the wedding planning. I would love to get married this year, if possible. And I'd love to have everyone whose interested in coming to come. (Note: When I say 'I', I actually mean 'we' :-)
When we were coming up with ideas for catering, we thought that maybe a finger-food, mingling type of atmosphere would be cool. That way we could probably cater for more people... I dunno - do people expect a meal when attending a wedding? Let me check my wedding FAQs book {:-)
*moments later* Yup, book says that there is no set rule about how elaborate the refreshments have to be at the reception. I intend to find a good caterer though, really yummy finder food... maybe provide some salads and breads to make it more filling... hmmm... so exciting! :-) I wonder what Cathy's doing...
so much for getting serious... =P~ oh well, I kinda have an excuse - the new job has kept me busier than I expected. Also, I've been busy with other activies - e.g. upcoming Mr/Miss Filipino-Australia competition, hockey, started guitar lessons this week, stuff on TV =P~ *sigh* I will get a start, evetnually {:) I really, really do want to get married {:)
